Why do we need a golf cigar holder?  Well, I don’t know about you, but laying my cigar down on the grass while I take a swing is not a good choice.  The grass has fertilizer and chemicals on it that could ruin the taste of my cigar.  Also, I am not too big a fan of having dirt or small pieces of grass on my cigar, so laying it down on the grass is not an option for me.

I have let my cigar rest on the cart while teeing off, but thats not the safest practice either.  A gust of wind has blown more than 1 cigar off a cart, and I am sure that the golf cart attendant wont appreciate burn marks on the cart, so a golf cigar holder is definitely the way to go.

A golf cigar holder is also a convenient cigar accessory when driving your cart.  I do not like keeping a cigar in my mouth through the whole game or while driving the golf cart.  I hate wet, slobbery cigars.  A good golf cigar holder will keep your cigar safe and secure while driving your colf cart.
